Yesterday I got up to date with SureForms and all the powerful features our team is working on.

Here is a screenshot I snagged of the upcoming Conversational Form layout.

It’s as simple as turning the feature on and choosing a few preferences.

We now need to refine the AI Form Builder to write the help text in a “conversational form” way. For example, instead of asking for Name, it should say, Enter Your Name or something more conversational like that.

But that’s not all.

I also saw a demo of the enhancements to the form entry screen:

• Add notes
• Extensive logging
• Edit form values
• Resubmit form

We discussed how we will blend in OttoKit to turn entries management into a full-blown business process automation tool.

A simple example is a registration form where you want to have manual approvals. Once the status is changed to Approved, a series of automated actions can then happen leveraging OttoKit’s over 1,000 integrations.

This will be a game changer for agencies building robust solutions for clients and introduce a new revenue stream via OttoKit, with our new focus on agencies.

Also demoed, conditional logic for webhooks! This powerful new feature will enable you to dynamically route form data based on conditions that you set.

Oh, and one more thing. To streamline the agency workflow, we want SureForms to work with popular CSS frameworks. We are going to start testing and working with the popular frameworks to ensure compatibility. This is for all the ACSS fans out there ! 🙂

• Custom App UI: Fixed a UI issue where the filenames in Custom App responses were displayed incorrectly when the filename exceeded the character limit.
• Response Loader Text: Resolved an issue in the Custom App where the response loader text didn’t display correctly on the first load.

We’re thrilled to announce the alpha release of the Custom App feature in SureForms! With the Custom App feature, you can take your forms to a new level by connecting them to external applications using OttoKit.

This powerful feature allows you to send form data to external tools, where it can be processed and returned to SureForms in real time. Imagine being able to generate headlines, create logos, or calculate mortgage rates—all directly within your forms.

We are pleased to release our first update for SureForms addressing reported bugs and improvements.

• Fix: Extra space from the v3 reCAPTCHA container has been removed.
• Fix: GDPR and checkbox labels are now editable across Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Arc, etc.
• Fix: Gutenberg blocks now display correctly for posts, pages, and custom post types (CPT).
• Fix: Styling issues resolved for specific blocks in Elementor and Bricks.

• Improvement: Added ‘Enter key’ support to add options in text-type slider field.
• Fix: Hidden required fields in conditional logic no longer block form submission.
