Live character counter on Textarea
Textarea fields now show a live counter as users type, they always know exactly how much they’ve written and how much room they have left.
No more guessing whether a response is long enough. Works alongside the existing min/max character limits for full control over response quality
One-click HTML form importer
Paste in any raw HTML form and SureForms converts it into a fully native block-based form, fields, labels, structure and all in one click.

Dynamic Default Values for multi-select fields
Dropdown (multi-select) and Multi-Choice checkbox fields now support Dynamic Default Values, the same way single-select and text fields already do. Build smarter intake forms, pre-filled applications, and personalised experiences without extra code
Style Presets – built-in themes and custom presets
The Form Style – Theme picker now ships with three built-in presets: Minimal, Thin, and Dark. Pick one and your form instantly takes on a polished, consistent look.
But the real power is custom presets. Style any form exactly how you want it, save it as a named preset, and reuse it across any form on your site. Need to update your brand colours across every form at once? Change the preset once. Every form reflects it instantly, like WordPress Global Styles, but for SureForms.
Create or Update Pipeline Record, Begin by Zoho integration
The Bigin integration gets a new action: Create or Update a Pipeline Record directly from a form submission. Form submissions can now drive your sales pipeline, not just your contacts list
Upserts keep your CRM clean, no duplicate records when someone submits again and connect quote requests, booking forms, and lead forms directly to deal stages.
🚀 Better than before
- Dynamic Default Values now work on multi-select Dropdown and Multi-Choice fields. They were already available on single-select and text fields, now the whole field family is covered.
🐛 Squashed
- CSV exports now preserve line breaks from Textarea fields. Multi-line answers were collapsing into a single line on export. Fixed, your data comes out exactly as it was entered.
- Entry URL now records the actual submission page, not the form permalink. If a form lives on multiple pages, you now know exactly which page the submission came from.
- Help text on Dropdown and Address fields has been moved outside < legend >. Screen readers were picking up help text as part of the field label. It’s now where it belongs, accessible to everyone.
Google Drive uploads now deliver on every SureForms – OttoKit submission, not just the first. A silent drop was cutting off file attachments after the first submission in a session. Fixed every submission delivers its uploads.
