The features are identical. Every SureForms plan includes all features with no restrictions. The nonprofit license gives qualifying organizations 20% off all plans. Solo for 1 site, Team for 10 sites, Agency for 1,000 sites, and the Lifetime deal. Just choose the plan that fits your site count.
SureForms charges zero transaction fees. You only pay Stripe’s standard processing fee, which goes directly to Stripe. Stripe also offers a discounted nonprofit rate of 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction for verified nonprofits. You would apply for that separately with Stripe.
Yes. Stripe recurring payments are built in. You can offer weekly, monthly, or annual giving options so supporters can set up automatic donations without any extra setup on your end.
Yes. SureForms stores all submission data on your own WordPress site. Nothing is sent to SureForms servers. Your donors trusted you with their information. We make sure that trust is honored.
Any official government-issued document confirming your registered nonprofit or charity status. For US organizations, an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter is standard. Equivalent documents from other countries are accepted.
The nonprofit discount applies to the initial purchase. Renewal pricing is charged at the standard renewal rate unless a separate nonprofit renewal offer is available at that time.
We aim to review all applications within 3 to 5 business days. Once approved, we will email you a discount code to apply at checkout when purchasing any SureForms plan.
The discount is available to the nonprofit organization directly. If you manage WordPress for a nonprofit client, have the client organization apply and hold the license under their own account. It is not available to agencies applying on behalf of clients.
Yes. All form entries are stored in your WordPress dashboard and can be exported as CSV files for spreadsheets, board reports, or accounting tools. PDF generation also creates individual submission documents automatically from every entry.
