Things you may want to know
Export your existing entries to CSV from the Ninja Forms Submissions screen — that becomes your historical archive. New submissions land in SureForms going forward. SureForms is built to coexist with Ninja Forms while you migrate, so there is no rush to deactivate. Most sites only need access to entries from the last 6 to 12 months for active record keeping, and the CSV export covers that.
It is a real strength. Buying just the Stripe addon for $99 instead of a full membership tier makes sense for some narrow use cases. SureForms takes a different approach: every paid plan includes every feature. If you only ever need one or two specific Ninja Forms addons and the math works out cheaper for you, that is a fair reason to stay. But if your needs grow beyond one addon, the cost compounds quickly.
