Creating Forms Using Templates

Do you find it frustrating to create a new form from scratch every time you need one?

With SureForms, you can simply use any of our pre-built form templates, saving you time from manually creating a new form.

SureForms offers templates for various needs such as newsletters, support queries, surveys, subscriptions, job applications, and more.

This article will show you how to use any of these templates to create a form quickly and easily.

Note: Before we begin, ensure you have SureForms installed and activated on your site.

Viewing Available Form Templates

To browse the available templates:

  • Create a New Form.
  • Click on Use a Template.
  • You can browse through the available template categories here.
  • Search for the template here if you can’t see it in the categories.

If you don’t find your preferred template, you can Request a Template from the SureForms team.

Note: To use the templates with the “Premium” tag, you need to upgrade your SureForms plan.

Using a Form Template

Once you’ve chosen a template that you want to use:

  • Hover over the preferred template and click on Use Template.

This will take you to the form builder where you can customize the selected template and the individual form fields further.

Publishing Form Templates

Once you’ve customized the form, click the Publish button to make it live on your website.

Now, users will be able to submit their responses using the form.

Note: For tips on managing form submissions, read this article.
