Not Getting SureForms Update Notifications

If you’re not receiving update notifications for the Pro version of your SureForms plugin, you likely need to activate your license key. 

To get this unique license key, you need to log in at: https://billing.sureforms.com/

Follow our guide to activate your license key from your WordPress dashboard. 

Note: This can also happen if your website was initially set up on a staging environment and then moved to a live site.

Checking For Update Notifications

Once your license is activated, you’ll get update notifications under Plugins > Installed Plugins. You need to:

  • Click the update now to update SureForms to the latest version.
  • If you don’t see it under “Installed Plugins”, you can update SureForms from Dashboard > Updates.
  • Here, you’ll need to select the checkbox next to your SureForms plugin and click the “Update Plugins” button.

The SureForms plugin on your WordPress dashboard should get updated to the latest version.

Manually Updating Your SureForms Plugin Version

If you don’t want to activate your license key yet or don’t see the update notification even after activating the license key, you can manually update your SureForms plugin by downloading its ZIP file from: https://billing.sureforms.com/ 

Once downloaded, you need to upload this ZIP file under “Add New Plugin”. During the installation, when asked, simply click the “Replace current with uploaded” button.

This will update your SureForms plugin to the latest version.

Note: We recommend activating your license key to get professional support and automatic updates directly from your WordPress dashboard.
