Migrate Gravity Forms to SureForms
SureForms provides a built-in Migration feature that allows you to import existing Gravity Forms into SureForms with just a few clicks.
Before You Begin
Ensure that:
- SureForms is installed and activated.
- Gravity Forms is installed and contains the forms you want to migrate.
- You have administrator access to your WordPress website.
Step 1: Open the Migration Tool
- Navigate to SureForms > Settings.
- Open the Migration tab.

Step 2: Select Gravity Forms
SureForms automatically detects supported form plugins installed on your website.
Locate Gravity Forms in the list and click Import.
You will see:
- Plugin name
- Total number of available forms

Step 3: Select a Form
- Choose the Gravity Form you wish to migrate.
- Click Preview Import.

Step 4: Review the Import Preview
The preview screen displays the fields and structure that will be imported.
Review the information and click Confirm & Import.

Step 5: Edit the Imported Form
After the import is complete, click Edit in SureForms to review the form.
All supported fields from your Gravity Form will be added automatically.

Review Your Form Configuration
After migration, review:
- Field labels
- Required fields
- Email notifications
- Confirmation messages
- Conditional logic
- Payment settings (if applicable)
- Integrations and automations
Some advanced Gravity Forms features may require manual configuration in SureForms.
Review Smart Tags
Gravity Forms and SureForms use different merge tag formats.
Review all:
- Email notifications
- Confirmation messages
- Hidden fields
- Integrations
Update any tags that are not automatically converted.
Publish the Form
Imported forms are created as Drafts.
Before publishing:
- Test form submissions
- Verify notifications
- Confirm all field mappings
- Review smart tags
Once verified, publish and embed the form on your website.
