Show Views and Conversion Rate
Track how often your forms are seen and how often those views result in a submission.
What this option does
When enabled, this option adds the Views and Conversion Rate columns to the SureForms Forms list. These metrics help you understand how your forms are performing.
Views: A view is counted once per page visit when the form appears on the visitor’s screen.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of tracked views that resulted in a form submission.
Enable views and conversion rate tracking
- From your WordPress dashboard, go to SureForms > Settings.
- Under General Settings, find Show views and conversion rate.
- Turn on the toggle.
- Click Save.

The Show views and conversion rate setting in SureForms > Settings.
Before enabling the option
The Forms list displays standard columns such as Title, Shortcode, Entries, Date & Time, and Actions. The Views and Conversion Rate columns are hidden.
Before: the Forms list without Views and Conversion Rate columns.

After enabling the option
After you save the setting, open SureForms > Forms. The Views and Conversion Rate columns will appear in the Forms list. The conversion rate is shown only when there are tracked views; otherwise, a dash is displayed.
After: the Forms list showing Views and Conversion Rate columns.

Turning the option off
Turning this option off only hides the Views and Conversion Rate columns from the Forms list. SureForms continues to count views and submissions, so the figures remain up to date when you turn the option on again.
