How to Move a Published Form to Draft Mode

This guide will help you switch a published form back to draft mode in SureForms. Once a form is set to draft, it will no longer be publicly accessible.

Move a Single Form to Draft Mode

  • Go to the Forms page in your dashboard.
  • Find the form you want to update.
  • Click on the “Switch to Draft Mode” option.
  • A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  • Click on “Switch to Draft” to confirm.
    • The form will now be moved to draft mode.
    • It will no longer be accessible to users.
  • Alternatively:
    • Click Cancel or close the pop-up if you do not want to proceed.

Move Multiple Forms to Draft Mode (Bulk Action)

  • Go to the Forms page.
  • Select multiple forms using the checkboxes.
  • Once selected, the “Switch to Draft” button will appear.
  • Click on “Switch to Draft”.
  • A pop-up will appear showing the number of selected forms.
  • Click “Switch to Draft Mode” to confirm.

Important Notes

  • Draft forms are not publicly accessible.
  • You can switch the form back to published anytime if needed.
  • Bulk action helps save time when managing multiple forms.
