Integrating SureForms with SureTriggers
Integrating SureForms with SureTriggers allows you to automate workflows and streamline data processing within your WordPress website. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect SureForms with SureTriggers and create efficient automation rules.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that:
- SureForms is installed and activated on your WordPress site.
- SureTriggers is installed and set up. If it is not already installed, it will be automatically installed and activated when setting up the SureForms integration within SureTriggers.
Steps to Integrate SureForms with SureTriggers
Step 1: Create a Form
Create a new form in SureForms. For example, you can create a User Feedback Form.
Step 2: Open Integrations
Click on the Integrations tab. A popup will appear displaying available integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to SureTriggers
Click on the View Integrations button. This will redirect you to the SureTriggers Integrations page.
Step 4: Create a Workflow
Click on the Create Workflow button. Enter a name for your workflow, then search for the application you want to integrate with SureForms.
Step 5: Configure and Activate the Workflow
Set up the workflow by selecting the required triggers and actions. Test the connection to ensure everything is working correctly, then enable the workflow.
Note – Integrating SureForms with SureTriggers makes workflow setup more efficient. With SureForms, you only need to add an action, whereas with SureTriggers, you must first add a trigger and then define the corresponding action.
