Email Summaries

The Email Summaries feature in SureForms provides you with regular updates about your form submissions and performance. It shows key details, like the number of submissions and how your forms are performing over time.

This way, you stay informed without constantly checking your dashboard. By having these updates sent directly to your email, you can easily monitor activity, spot patterns, and make any necessary changes.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to enable and customize your email summaries so you receive regular updates on your form responses.

Note: Before you start, please ensure your WordPress emails are set up properly with SMTP of your choice.

How to Set Up Email Summaries

Setting up Email Summaries in SureForms is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to SureForms > Settings.
  • Navigate to Email and turn on the “Enable Email Summaries” option.
  • Under “To”, enter the email address where you want to receive the summaries. You can also use multiple addresses by separating them with commas.
  • Choose a day from the “Schedule Reports” dropdown menu to decide when you want to receive your email summaries. For example, if you select Monday, you’ll get your summary emails every Monday.

Once you complete these steps, you’ll start receiving regular updates about your form submissions and performance directly in your inbox.

To see how the email summaries are sent, click the “Send a Test Email Summary” button. This lets you check if everything is set up correctly and that you’re receiving emails as expected.
