What is Conversational Form?

Conversational Form is an interactive and user-friendly way to engage form respondents by presenting questions in a one-at-a-time conversational style, rather than displaying the entire form at once. This approach improves user experience, increases form completion rates, and provides a more natural and engaging interaction.

How to Enable Conversational Form?

Conversational Forms in SureForms can be created using two methods:

1. Build Form From Scratch
2. Generate Form with AI

1. Build Form From Scratch

If you prefer manual form creation, follow these steps:

• Click on Instant Form.
• Enable the Conversational Layout toggle.
• Customize your fields as needed and save the form.

2. Generate Form with AI

For AI-assisted form generation:

• Enter the desired form details in the provided Prompt Box.
• Enable the Create Conversational Form option.

• Let the AI generate the form automatically.
• Review and adjust the form if needed before publishing.

Conversational Form Settings

Once the Conversational Form is enabled, you can customize the following settings:

Form Layout

• Image on Right: Displays an image on the right side of the form.
• No Image: A minimal design without an image.
• Image on Left: Displays an image on the left side of the form.

Welcome Screen

The welcome screen is the first screen users see before starting the form. Enable the toggle button to expand the Welcome Screen option. 

• Welcome Screen Heading: Set a heading for the welcome message.
• Welcome Screen Message: Add a brief message to introduce the form.
• Welcome Screen Image: Upload an image for the welcome screen.
• Start Button Text: Customize the text of the start button.

Background Color

• It will help to set the background solid color and enhance the readability and design.

Background Image

• If using the Image on Right or Image on Left layout, upload a background image to enhance the form’s appearance.

Progress Bar

• Enable or disable the progress bar to show users their progress while filling out the form.

Note: The Page Break, Custom Button and Separator block will not function in the Conversational Form layout. Since Conversational Forms present questions one at a time, multi-page navigation and separators are not applicable.
