Where Does SureForms Store Your Data?
SureForms is designed to keep all your data safe on your WordPress site. Unlike other form plugins that store entries on external servers, SureForms keeps everything self-hosted with no cloud storage involved.
This article explains where your data goes, how it’s handled, and why SureForms is designed this way.
No Data Is Stored On The SureForms Servers
When you use SureForms, none of your data is stored on our servers.
Everything is processed and stored on your website. This means you are the only one with access to your data, and we don’t have anything on our servers.
What Happens To Your Data?
When someone submits a form:
- The data goes into your website’s database.
- SureForms simply reads and displays this data on your WordPress dashboard.
No part of this process involves sending data to external servers owned or managed by SureForms.
How SureForms Handles Data When Creating AI Forms
When you use SureForms to create AI forms, we process the prompt data you provide to generate the form. Once the form is created, we discard the prompt data.
We don’t store any of your prompt data on SureForms servers. This information stays private and within your control at all times.
Why Doesn’t SureForms Store Your Data?
SureForms is built with privacy and ownership in mind. We don’t store your data for the following security reasons:
- Full control: You are the sole owner of the data collected through your forms.
- Better security: Keeping data within your website means it’s protected by your own security measures.
- Privacy-first approach: SureForms does not track, log, or store any of your users’ submissions.
