Displaying Forms

SureForms allows you to embed and display forms you’ve created on your WordPress site in different forms. For example, you can display forms on different pages, posts, or in your widget area

This guide will show you how to embed forms on different WordPress site pages or widgets easily.

Let’s get started!

Embedding Forms on a WordPress Page/Post

Note: Before we start, ensure you’ve created a form in your SureForms account.

  • Select the page where you want to embed the form or create a new page.
  • Click the “Block inserter” icon and add the SureForms Form block.
  • Select the form you want to embed from this dropdown. Then, click the Choose button.
  • Optionally, you can click Create New to create a new form in another tab.

Once done, click on the Save button.

Your form will now be displayed on the page. Preview the form on the front end to confirm the same.

Form Settings

The newly embedded forms will have settings displayed on the right panel:

  • Enable the Show Form Title on this Page to display the form title above this form.
  • You can edit the form title in the newly visible text field.
  • Click the Edit Form to edit the original form.
  • You can also change and select a new form by clicking the Change Form button.
  • The Advanced section allows you to customize your forms with custom CSS.

Embedding Forms in Your Widgets

Adding your forms to the widget area makes them visible and accessible on different parts of your site.

For example, you can add the form under any available footer widget so that the form will be visible on the footer across the website.

We’ll understand this with an example:

  • Go to Appearance > Widgets.
  • Click on the “+” icon under the preferred widget. We’ll select a footer builder widget as an example:
  • Add the Form block.
  • Select the desired form and click the Choose button.

Finally, click on the Update button.

Your form will now be shown as a widget across your website footer, with settings displayed on the right panel.
