Repeater Field in SureForms
With the recent update, SureForms introduces a powerful new feature Repeater Fields. This allows users to dynamically add multiple sets of input fields within a form.
This is useful when you want to collect multiple entries for the same type of information, such as:
- Adding multiple phone numbers
- Listing work experiences
- Collecting details of family members
How to Add a Repeater Field
- Open your form in the SureForms editor.
- Click the Add Block button or the Plus (+) icon.
- Search for “Repeater Field” and add it to your form.
- (Optional) Drag and drop the field to your preferred position.
Repeater Field Options
Once the repeater field is added, you will see several configuration options:
- Minimum Inputs: Set the minimum number of repeated groups a user must complete (e.g., at least 1 work experience).
- Maximum Inputs: Set the maximum number of repeated groups a user can add (e.g., up to 5 phone numbers).
- Help Text: Add a short instruction or example to guide users.

Best Practices
