Form Scheduling in SureForms

The Form Scheduling feature lets you control when a form is available for submissions by setting a start and end date with time.

How to Access Form Scheduling

  • Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
  • Navigate to SureForms.
  • Edit the form you want to schedule.
  • Open Form Settings.
  • Click on Advanced Settings.
  • Select Form Scheduling.

Enable Form Scheduling

You will see a toggle option called Enable Form Scheduling.

  • Turn this toggle ON to enable scheduling.
  • This allows you to set a time period during which the form will be available for submissions.

Set Start Date and Time

  • Field: Start Date & Time
  • Click on the date field to select a date.
  • After selecting the date, a time picker will appear.
  • Choose the time and select AM or PM as required.

Set End Date and Time

  • Field: End Date & Time
  • Select the end date.
  • Once the date is selected, the time picker will appear.
  • Choose the appropriate time and AM or PM.

Time Zone Information

The form scheduling works based on your WordPress site time zone.

You can check or update this from: WordPress Dashboard → Settings → General → Timezone

Response Message Before Start Date

  • Field: Response Description Before Start Date
  • This message is shown if a user tries to access the form before the scheduled start time.

Default message: This form is not yet available. Please check back after the scheduled start time.

You can edit this message if needed.

Response Message After End Date

  • Field: Response Description After End Date
  • This message is shown after the submission period has ended.

Default message: This form is no longer accepting submissions. The submission period has ended.

You can customize this message as required.

Save the Form

Once all settings are configured:

  1. Close the Form Scheduling tab.
  2. Click Save to apply the changes to your form.

Your form will now accept submissions only during the scheduled time period.
