SureForms Integration with GetResponse
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with GetResponse at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
GetResponse connection
- Purpose: The GetResponse connection allows you to sync form submissions directly to your GetResponse account, helping you manage contacts, workflows, and email marketing campaigns efficiently.
- API Key: To connect, you’ll need your GetResponse API Key. You can generate this in your GetResponse account under Menu → Integrations & API
- API → Generate API key.
Steps to Connect:
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
- Click the Add Integration button. A slide-in menu will appear.
- Select GetResponse from the list.
- Add your API Key.
- Click the Save Changes button. If the Keys are correct, you’ll see: Integration configured successfully!
- Your GetResponse connection is now added to SureForms.
Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to add GetResponse integration.
Step 2: Add GetResponse to the Form
- In the right-hand panel, click the Integrations tab.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select GetResponse from the global integrations list.
1. Select Tab
- Workflow Name: Enter a name for your workflow (required).
- Action: Select an action from the dropdown (required):
- Add Contact
- Update Contact
- Delete Contact
- Click Continue.
2. Configure Tab
- Configure the fields according to your selected action.
- Click Continue after configuring.
3. Test Tab
- Click Test Workflow.
- If successful, you will see: Workflow “GetResponse – Add Contact” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.
- Click Save Changes.
Your GetResponse workflow is now successfully added to the form.
