SureForms Integration with Mailchimp

This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with Mailchimp at both the global and form levels.

Global Settings

Step 1: Access SureForms Settings

From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.

Click on the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Add Mailchimp Connection

The Mailchimp connection allows you to automatically send form submissions to your Mailchimp account. This integration helps you grow and manage your email lists by adding or updating contacts directly from form submissions.

How to get Mailchimp API Key:

  • Log in to your Mailchimp account.
  • Click on your profile icon → Account & billing → Extras → API keys.
  • Click Create A Key and copy the generated API key.

Step 3: Connect Mailchimp

  • Click the Add Integration button
  • A slide-in menu will appear.
  • Select Mailchimp connection and add your API Key.
  • Click the Save Changes button.
  • If the Keys are correct, you’ll see: Integration configured successfully!
  • The Telegram connection is now added.

Form Settings

Step 1: Open the Form Editor

Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.

Open the form where you want to integrate Mailchimp.

Step 2: Add Mailchimp to the Form

  • In the right-hand panel, click on the Single Form Settings.
  • A settings screen will appear. Click the Integrations.
  • Click Add Integration button.
  • Select Mailchimp from the list.

Step 3: Configure Mailchimp Workflow

  1. In the Select tab:
    • Enter the Workflow Name (required).
    • Choose an Action from the dropdown (required):
      • Add Contact to List
      • Update Contact in List
      • Add Contact to Tag
  2. Click Continue to proceed.

Step 4: Configure Fields

In the Configure tab, map your form fields to Mailchimp fields based on the selected action (e.g., Email → Email, Name → Name).
Once done, click Continue.

Step 5: Test and Save

In the Test tab:

  1. Click Test Workflow to verify the setup.

The Mailchimp workflow is now successfully added.

Your form is now connected to Mailchimp. Every new submission will automatically sync with your Mailchimp account based on the action and field mapping you configured.
