SureForms Integration with Zoho CRM

This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with Zoho CRM at both the global and form levels.

Global Settings

Step 1: Access SureForms Settings

  • From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
  • Click on the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Add Zoho CRM

  • Click the Add Integration button.
  • From the list of available integrations, select Zoho CRM.
    You can also use the search bar to find it quickly.
  • In the connection popup, select your Zoho Region from the dropdown.

Available regions include:

  • United States (.com)
  • Europe (.eu)
  • India (.in)
  • Australia (.com.au)
  • Japan (.jp)
  • China (.com.cn)
  • Canada (.zohocloud.ca)
Important:

Select the region where your Zoho CRM account is registered.

  • Click Connect.
  • You will be redirected to the Zoho authorization screen.
  • Log in to your Zoho CRM account and grant access to SureForms.

Once the connection is completed successfully, you’ll see the confirmation message:
Integration configured successfully!

Zoho CRM will now appear in the list of global integrations.

Form Settings

Step 1: Open the Form Editor

  • Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
  • Open the form where you want to integrate Zoho CRM.

Step 2: Add Zoho CRM to the Form

  • Open the Integrations tab from the dropdown options.
  • Click Add Integration.
  • Select Zoho CRM from the list of available global integrations.

Step 3: Configure Zoho CRM Integration

The Zoho CRM integration setup includes three tabs:
Select, Configure, and Test.

1. Select Tab

Provide the workflow details:

  • Workflow Name – Required
  • Action – Required

Available Actions:

  • Create / Update Contact
  • Delete Contact
  • Create / Update Lead
  • Delete Lead

After selecting the desired action, click Continue.

2. Configure Tab

Configuration fields change based on the selected action.

Create / Update Contact

  • Map the Email field (required to identify the contact).
  • Map additional fields such as:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone Number
    • Company Name
    • Custom Zoho CRM contact fields

If the contact already exists, it will be updated. Otherwise, a new contact will be created.

3. Test Tab

  • Click Test Workflow to verify the integration.
  • You’ll see a success message such as:
    WordPress plugin workflow “Zoho CRM – Create / Update Contact” tested successfully!
  • Click Save Changes to apply the workflow.

Integration Complete

Your form is now successfully connected to Zoho CRM.

Based on the configured action, each form submission will automatically:

  • Create or update contacts
  • Delete existing contacts
  • Create or update leads
  • Delete existing leads

This enables seamless CRM data management and automation using SureForms.
