How to Use Conditional Logic in SureForms
Conditional Logic in SureForms allows you to show or hide specific fields in your form based on user input. This helps you create smart, dynamic, and personalized forms without overwhelming your users.
Enable Conditional Logic
- Add a field to your form.
- Open the Advanced Options for that field.
- Find the Conditional Logic setting.
- Toggle the switch to Enable Conditional Logic.
Configure Show/Hide Options
Once enabled, you can choose whether to Show or Hide the field when certain conditions are met.
- Select Show or Hide from the dropdown.
- Click on Add Condition to set your rules.
Add Conditions
When adding a condition, a pop-up will appear with multiple options.
You can define the condition using operators such as:
- is
- is not
- is empty
- is not empty
- is one of
- is not one of
- contains
- does not contains
- starts with
- End with
- matches RegEx Pattern
- does not match RegEx pattern
Enter Values and Create Rules
- Add the value you want to compare with the field input.
- Use the AND or OR options to create groups of conditions.
Save the Conditional Logic
Once your conditions are set:
- Click Set Rules to apply the logic.
