SureForms Integration with Airtable
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with Airtable at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Add Airtable
- Click the Add Integration button. A slide-in menu will appear.
- Select the Airtable connection.
- Enter your Personal Access Token.
To get your Airtable Personal Access Token, visit your Airtable account settings https://airtable.com/create/tokens/new Personal access tokens → Generate token.
- Add Name, Add Scope
- If the Keys are correct, you’ll see: Integration configured successfully!
- An Airtable integration will be added to the SureForms dashboard.
Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to integrate Airtable.
Step 2: Add Airtable to the Form
- In the right-hand panel, click the Integrations tab.
- Click Add Integration
- Select Airtable.
Step 3: Configure Workflow
Tab 1: Select
- Add Workflow Name (required).
- Select Action from the dropdown (required).
- Click Continue.
Tab 2: Configure
- Map your form fields to Airtable fields.
- Configure any additional required options.
- Click Continue.
Tab 3: Test
- Click Test Workflow.
- You should see Workflow “Airtable – create_record” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.
- Click Save Changes.
Your Airtable Workflow is now added to the form.
Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to Airtable. Every submission will automatically sync with your account according to the mapping you set.
