SureForms Integration with Breeze

This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with Breeze at both the global and form levels.

Global Settings

The Breeze connection allows you to automate task management by syncing SureForms submissions directly with your Breeze account. You can create projects, cards, and workspaces automatically based on form submissions.

Step 1: Access SureForms Settings

• From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
• Click on the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Add Breeze

• Click the Add Integration button.

• Select Breeze from the list.

Step 3: Connect Breeze

To get your Breeze API Key, log in to your Breeze account, navigate to Settings → API, and generate a personal API key.

• Select the Breeze connection, then add your API Token.

• If the Keys are correct, you’ll see:  Integration configured successfully!

• The Breeze integration will be added to the SureForms dashboard.

You can access your Breeze API token from your profile Settings > Integrations > API token.

Form Settings

Step 1: Open the Form Editor

• Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
• Open the form where you want to integrate Breeze.

Step 2: Add Breeze to the Form

• In the right-hand panel, click the Integrations tab.

• Click Add Integration and

• Select Breeze from the list of global integrations.

Step 3: Configure Breeze Integration

1. Select Tab

• Enter the Workflow Name (required).
• Select an Action from the dropdown (required). Available actions:
  • Create Project
  • Create Card
  • Create Workspace
• Click Continue to navigate to the Configure tab.

2. Configure Tab

• Configure the form fields according to the selected Action.
• After mapping all necessary fields, click Continue to navigate to the Test tab.

3. Test Tab

• Click Test Workflow.
  • You should see Workflow “Breeze – Create Project” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.

• Click Save Changes.

The Breeze Workflow has now been added to your form.

Your form is now connected to Breeze. Every submission will automatically sync according to your workflow configuration.
