SureForms Integration with FluentCRM
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with FluentCRM at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Add FluentCRM
- Click the Add Integration button.
- From the list of integrations, select FluentCRM. You can also use the search bar to find it quickly.
Step 3: Connect FluentCRM
The FluentCRM connection allows you to add and manage your contacts directly in your FluentCRM email marketing system.
- Enable the toggle for Add and manage your contacts in FluentCRM email marketing system.
- To enable this, make sure the FluentCRM plugin is installed and active on your site.
- Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message: Integration configured successfully!
Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to integrate FluentCRM.
Step 2: Add FluentCRM to the Form
- In the right-hand panel, click on the Integrations tab.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select FluentCRM from the list of global integrations.
Step 3: Configure FluentCRM Integration
1. Select Tab
- Add Workflow Name (required).
- Select an Action from the dropdown (required):
- Add/Update Contact
- Remove Contact from Lists
- Click Continue to move to the Configure tab.
2. Configure Tab
- Map your form fields to FluentCRM fields based on the selected Action.
- After configuring the fields, click Continue.
3. Test Tab
- Click Test Workflow.
- If everything is set up correctly, you’ll see this message:
Workflow “WordPress plugin workflow ‘FluentCRM – Add/Update Contact’ tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.”
- Finally, click the Save Changes button.
Your FluentCRM Workflow is now added.
Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to FluentCRM. Every submission will automatically sync with your FluentCRM account based on the workflow and field mappings you configured.
