SureForms Integration with LatePoint
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with LatePoint at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Add LatePoint
- Click the Add Integration button.
- From the list of integrations, select LatePoint. You can also use the search bar to find it quickly.
Step 3: Connect LatePoint
The LatePoint connection allows you to create bookings and manage appointments in your LatePoint booking system directly through SureForms.
- To enable this, make sure that the LatePoint plugin is installed and active on your WordPress site.
- Enable the toggle for Create bookings and manage appointments in LatePoint booking system.
- Once the integration is configured successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message: Integration configured successfully!
Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to integrate LatePoint.
Step 2: Add LatePoint to the Form
- In the right-hand panel, click on the Integrations tab.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select LatePoint from the list of global integrations.
Step 3: Configure LatePoint Integration
The integration setup includes three tabs: Select, Configure, and Test.
1. Select Tab
- Enter the Workflow Name (this is a required field).
- Choose an Action from the dropdown (this is also required).
Available actions include:- Create Customer
- Create Booking with New Customer
- Create Booking with Existing Customer
- Create Agent
- Create Coupon
- Update Coupon
- Update Booking with New Customer
- Update Booking with Existing Customer
- Create Bundle Order with New Customer
- Create Bundle Order with Existing Customer
- After selecting the Action, click Continue.
2. Configure Tab
- Map the SureForms fields to the corresponding LatePoint fields based on the selected Action.
- Once you’ve configured all required fields, click Continue.
3. Test Tab
- Click Test Workflow to verify your setup.
- You’ll see a success message like: WordPress plugin workflow “LatePoint -Create Customer” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly..
- Finally, click Save Changes.
Your LatePoint Workflow has now been added successfully.
Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to LatePoint. Each form submission will automatically trigger the LatePoint workflow you configured, such as creating customers or booking appointments.
