How to Activate License Key on WordPress Multisite
Overview
Activating the license key for SureForms on a WordPress Multisite requires activating the license on each site individually. This ensures that all subsites can access the premium features of SureForms.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you have an active license key for SureForms.
- You must have access to the WordPress Multisite network and the subsites where the license needs activation.
- SureForms must be installed and network-activated.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to Your WordPress Multisite Dashboard
- Log in to the WordPress admin panel for your multisite network.
- Navigate to My Sites from the top toolbar and select the subsite where you want to activate the license.
2. Access SureForms Settings on the Subsite
- On the selected subsite’s dashboard, go to SureForms > Settings from the WordPress menu.
3. Enter the License Key
- In the License Key field, paste your SureForms license key.
- Click the Activate License button.
- Wait for the success confirmation message that indicates the license is now active.
4. Repeat for Each Subsite
- Repeat the above steps for all subsites where you want SureForms premium features.
Troubleshooting Tips
- License Key Error: Double-check that you’re using the correct license key. If the error persists, ensure your subscription is active by logging in to your SureForms account.
- Plugin Not Visible: Verify that SureForms is network-activated.
- Network-Wide Activation: SureForms licenses are activated per subsite, so network-wide activation is not available.
