SureForms Integration with Brevo

This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with Brevo at both the global and form levels.

Global Settings

The Brevo connection allows SureForms to sync form submissions directly with your Brevo account. You can automatically add or update contacts, manage lists, and trigger workflows for your email campaigns.

Step 1: Access SureForms Settings

• From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
• Click on the Integrations tab.

Step 2: Add Brevo Integration

• Click the Add Integration button.

• A slide-in menu will appear. Select Brevo from the list of available integrations.

• Add your Brevo API Key.

To get your API Key, log in to your Brevo account → Navigate to SMTP & API → Generate or copy your API Key.

4. If the Keys are correct, you’ll see:   Integration configured successfully!
5. The Brevo connection is now added and available for use globally.

Form Settings

Step 1: Open the Form Editor

• Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
• Open the form you want to integrate with Brevo.

Step 2: Add Brevo to the Form

1. In the right-hand panel, click the Integrations tab.

• Click Add Integration.

• Select Brevo from the list of global integrations.

Step 3: Configure Workflow

1. Select Tab

• Add Workflow Name (required).
• Select Action from the dropdown (required):
  • Add/Update Contact
  • Remove User from List
• Click Continue.

2. Configure Tab

• Map your form fields according to the selected action.
• Click Continue after configuration.

3. Test Tab

• Click Test Workflow.
  • You’ll see: Workflow “Brevo – Add/Update Contact” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.
• Click Save Changes.

The Brevo workflow is now added to your form, and submissions will sync automatically with your Brevo account.

Integration Complete

Your form is now connected to Brevo. Every submission will automatically sync with your account according to the mapping you set.
