SureForms Integration with Constant Contact
This guide explains how to connect and use Constant Contact with SureForms to automatically manage your contacts and lists.
Global Settings
Connect Constant Contact
- Go to SureForms → Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the Integrations tab.

- Click + Add Integration.

- From the list, click Constant Contact.

- A pop-up will appear. To the Constant Contact login page.
- Enter your account credentials.
- After authorization, you will be redirected back to your site.

Note: SureForms uses secure OAuth authentication. You do not need to add API keys manually, and the connection will stay active automatically.
Once connected, you will see a Connected status next to your Constant Contact account.
Form Settings
Step 1: Open Your Form
- Navigate to SureForms → Forms.
- Open the form where you want to add the integration.

Step 2: Add Integration to the Form
- Inside the form editor, click Form Settings.
- Select Integrations.

- Click Add Integrations.
- Choose Constant Contact.

Step 3: Configure the Integration
The setup is divided into three simple steps:
Workflow
- Enter a Workflow Name (required).
- Choose an Action:
- Subscribe
- Unsubscribe
- Click Continue.

Configure
- Map form fields to Constant Contact fields.
- Select the List where contacts will be added.
- Click Continue.

Test
- Click Test Workflow.
- If everything is set correctly, you will see a success message.
- Click Save Changes.

Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to Constant Contact.

Each form submission will automatically:
- Add new contacts, or
- Update existing contacts
based on your selected settings.
