Conditional Logic for Post Creation (Trigger Conditions)

You can set conditional logic so that the post gets created only when certain Set rules so posts are only created when certain conditions are met.

    • Display all taxonomy terms in the dropdown, or
    • Manually select the specific terms you want to show in the dropdown.

Post Feed Notes

 Date & Time

  • If a future date is selected, the post will be scheduled in WordPress automatically based on that date and time.

Author

  • If you set the Author as “Logged In User” and a logged-out user submits the form, the post will be created without an assigned author.
  • In such cases, you will need to assign the post author from the WordPress dashboard manually.

Add Meta Field

  • Initially, not all meta fields are visible in the post feed.
  • Once any data is submitted to a meta field, that field will become visible in the drop-down and can be configured in the post feed settings.

Upload Field

  • To set a Featured Image for the post, choose “Image” as the Allowed File Type and make sure the “Multiple Files” option is disabled.
