SureForms Integration with ActiveCampaign
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with ActiveCampaign at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Add ActiveCampaign
- Click the Add Integration button. A slide-in menu will appear.
- Select ActiveCampaign from the list.
- Enter your API Access URL and API Access Key.
You can obtain your API Access URL and API Access Key from your ActiveCampaign account under Settings → Developer.
Step 3: Save Changes
- Click the Save Changes button.
- If the Keys are correct, you’ll see: Integration configured successfully!
- An ActiveCampaign integration will be added to the SureForms dashboard.
Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to integrate ActiveCampaign.
Step 2: Add ActiveCampaign Integration
- In the right-hand panel, click Integrations.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select ActiveCampaign from the global integrations list.
Step 3: Configure Workflow
Tab 1: Select
- Enter Workflow Name (required).
- Select Action from the dropdown (required).
- Click Continue.
Tab 2: Configure
- Map your form fields to ActiveCampaign fields.
- Click Continue when done.
Tab 3: Test
- Click Test Workflow.
- You’ll see: Workflow “ActiveCampaign – add_contact” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.
- You’ll see: Workflow “ActiveCampaign – add_contact” tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.
- Click Save Changes.
Your ActiveCampaign Workflow is now added to the form.
Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to ActiveCampaign. Every submission will automatically sync with your account according to the mapping you set.
