SureForms Integration with AgileCRM
This guide explains how to integrate SureForms with AgileCRM at both the global and form levels.
Global Settings
Step 1: Access SureForms Settings
- From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to SureForms → Settings.
- Click on the Integrations tab.
Step 2: Add AgileCRM
- Click the Add Integration button.
- Select AgileCRM from the list.
Step 3: Connect AgileCRM
The AgileCRM connection allows SureForms to automatically send form data to your AgileCRM account, helping you manage contacts, companies, and leads more efficiently.
To connect AgileCRM, you’ll need three pieces of information:
- Domain: Navigate to your AgileCRM domain at yourcompany.agilecrm.com and enter only the “yourcompany” part of the URL.
- Login Email: Enter the email address you use to log into AgileCRM.
- API Key: You can find your REST API key in Admin Settings → Developers & API → API Key.
- Click the Add Integration button, and a slide-in menu will appear.
- Select the AgileCRM connection, then add your Domain, Login Email, and API Key.
- Click Save Changes. If the credentials are correct, you’ll see the message: “Integration configured successfully!”
Once connected, AgileCRM will appear in your global integrations list.
Form Settings
Step 1: Open the Form Editor
- Go to SureForms → Forms from your WordPress dashboard.
- Open the form where you want to integrate AgileCRM.
Step 2: Add AgileCRM to the Form
- In the right-hand panel, click on the Integrations tab.
- Click Add Integration.
- Select AgileCRM from the list of global integrations.
Step 3: Configure AgileCRM Integration
Tab 1: Select
- Enter a Workflow Name (required).
- Choose an Action from the dropdown (required). Available actions are:
- Create Contact
- Create Company
- Click Continue.
Tab 2: Configure
- Map your form fields to corresponding AgileCRM fields according to the selected action.
- Once all required fields are configured, click Continue.
Tab 3: Test
- Click Test Workflow.
- If everything is set up correctly, you’ll see the message: “Workflow ‘AgileCRM – Create Contact’ tested successfully! The integration is working correctly.”
- Click Save Changes.
Your AgileCRM Workflow is now added to the form.
Integration Complete
Your form is now connected to AgileCRM. Every form submission will automatically create or update contacts or companies in your AgileCRM account based on the workflow you configured.
