SureForms Integration with Bigin by Zoho CRM

This guide explains how to connect and use Bigin by Zoho CRM with SureForms to automatically create and manage CRM records from form submissions.

Global Settings

Step 1: Access SureForms Settings

From your WordPress dashboard:

• Navigate to SureForms → Settings
• Click on the Integrations tab

Step 2: Add Bigin by Zoho CRM

• Click the + Add Integration button.

• Search for Bigin by Zoho CRM.

• Click on it to begin setup.

Step 3: Connect Bigin by Zoho CRM

To connect your Bigin account:

• Select your Bigin Region.

• Log in to your Zoho account and approve access.

• Accept to Connect with Bigin.

• You will be redirected back to your site after successful authorization.

Once connected, you will see the confirmation message:

Form Settings

Step 1: Open Your Form

• Navigate to SureForms → Forms
• Open the form you want to connect

Step 2: Add Integration to the Form

Inside the form editor:

• Click Form Settings

• Open the Integrations tab

• Click Add Integration
• Select Bigin by Zoho CRM

Step 3: Configure the Integration

The setup includes three simple tabs:

Workflow

Provide workflow details:

• Workflow Name – Required
• Action – Required

Available Actions:

• Create Contact
• Create Company
• Create Task
• Create Event
• Delete Contact

Click Continue.

Configure

Map form fields to Bigin fields.

Depending on the selected action, configure required fields.

Create Contact

Map fields such as:

• Last Name (Required)
• First Name
• Email
• Phone
• Owner

Date Picker Limitation

When mapping date or date-time fields from SureForms to Bigin by Zoho CRM, please note the following limitations:

• The Date Picker field should use a supported format only.
• Unsupported or custom date formats may fail during API submission.
• SureForms automatically converts supported date values into the format required by Bigin.

Supported formats for Create Task (Due Date):

YYYY/MM/DD

Supported formats for Create Event (Start Date & Time and End Date & Time):

⚠️ Important:
Currently, separate Date Picker and Time Picker fields may need to be combined using Smart Tags:

{field:event_date} {field:event_time}

This ensures the value is sent in a format Bigin can process correctly.

Test

• Click Test Workflow
• If successful, a confirmation message appears
• Click Save Changes

Integration Complete

Your form is now successfully connected to Bigin by Zoho CRM.

Based on your selected workflow, each form submission can now automatically:

• Create contacts
• Create companies
• Create tasks
• Create events
• Delete contacts

This helps automate CRM management and saves time.
